2016 Program Design - The Final Stretch

I love this quote ...
Unlike most of our competitors we do believe in routine and structure. A program with goals and priorities. Crazy thought, I know. Yes, the program itself is 100% proprietary and unique to this brand. But more importantly the context of this program is part of an intricate system years in the making. Even still, we are constantly challenging our own thought process. The best thing about our systems is that they are designed to evolve, they have evolved and will continue to evolve. In the final stretch of 2016 we are going to switch things up a bit. We've created a unique structure within the current 12 week cycle. Feel free to view our previous blogs to compare or better explain the subtle tweaks in design. Broken down into two week increments this 6 & 12 week cycle is structured to shock the system while building upon one another.

THE HOW TO
In order to simplify this complex model we are going to provide you with a simple checklist and weekly template to follow. The basic equation and the best advice I can give you is to create a weekly schedule that works for you. Once established, hold yourself accountable to it 90% of the time over these next 12 weeks. If you are able to do this the program and its design will take care of itself.
With that being said we do realize all lives, schedules and family dynamics are different. For those who cannot commit to this exact regimen shoot for 2x MADabolic Inc. visits per week and know that you will still largely benefit from a scaled down version of this. In both cases the most important thing is that you commit to a regimen. Again, make a choice and hold your self accountable to these intentions.

Ideally, try to stick with the same weekly schedule for the entire 6 & 12 weeks.

Primary Focus :
2x MADabolic Workouts (Choose 2 from: Mon, Tues or Wed)
1x MADabolic Workout (Choose 1 from: Thur or Fri)
1x MADabolic Workout (Choose 1 from: Sat or Sun)
Off Days :
2x Passion Driven Workouts (Examples: Yoga, LSD Cardio, Barre, Sports ...)
1x Active Rest Day (Stay moving w/ no agenda)
