Sorry, we’ve just never been okay with complacency.
Some of our competitors rely on a theory while others preach routine as the enemy and believe in constant variety over sustainable progress through structure.
Our program has structure …
Our program is well thought out …
And our program is designed to promote Everyday Strength and Athleticism ...
We are not saying we are for everyone and we sure are not marketing to everyone. But if you possess the simple will to live athletically, we KNOW our program is the perfect complement to this idea. The MADlifestyle is not a body type. It is a mindset and it is an honest commitment to one’s self.
We decided to layout the entire year for you, all 52 weeks. Built upon the idea of macrocycles, mesocycles, and microcycles this structure is specifically designed to challenge the body athletically in numerous ways. Energy systems, work to rest ratios, movement patterns and mental fortitude are all a part of this intricate balance. This year you’ll experience 2 Long Cycles, 1 Medium Cycle and 1 Short Cycle. Although they are all unique in design, they do carry a specific focus and stay true to our proprietary system, Protocol M.A.D.
THE HOW TO
In order to simplify this complex model, we would like to offer what we believe to be an ideal layout for the next 365 days. The basic equation and the best advice I can give you is to commit to us 4 days per week. With this primary goal in mind the next step is to create a weekly schedule that works for you. Once established, hold yourself accountable to this schedule 90% of the time over these next 12 months. If you are able to do this, the program and its design will take care of itself.
With that being said, we do realize everyone’s schedule and family dynamics are different. For those who cannot commit to this exact regimen, shoot for 2-3x MADabolic Inc. visits per week and know that you will still largely benefit from a scaled down version of this. In both cases, the most important thing is that you commit to a sustainable schedule. Again, make a choice and hold your self accountable to these intentions.

2x MADabolic Inc. Workouts. (Choose 2 from: Mon, Tues or Wed)
1x MADabolic Inc. Workout (Choose 1 from: Thur or Fri)
1x MADabolic Inc. Workout (Choose 1 from: Sat or Sun)
2x Passion Driven Workouts (Examples: Yoga, LSD Cardio, Barre, Sports ...)
1x Active Rest Day (Stay moving w/ no agenda)
We do realize this can be a little overwhelming. If you are in any way confused please reach out to your local community leader for a more detailed explanation. They are trained in our systems and will be more then happy to help you design an ideal schedule to help complement your athletic lifestyle.
