The MADabolic training system is barbell-free and strength-led. Planned 365 days in advance, each year is periodized into four, 12-week cycles. Each cycle is separated by a “Deload Week” during which programming is designed to enhance recovery and prepare you for the load of the next 12-week training cycle. At the end of every other Deload Week, we host “Game Day,” where, through a series of events designed to put your strength, power, and athleticism to the test, we offer clients the chance to track progress over time.

Our purposeful approach to training is matched in our franchise partnerships.

The tracking and progress validation gleaned through Game Day parallels the data-led touch points that our corporate team implements with each studio’s leadership team at regular intervals. These regular check-ins are intended to set you up for success, identify strengths and weaknesses in your current operations flow, and establish goals for the coming period.

These touchpoints occur weekly throughout presale, monthly throughout your first year in business and quarterly thereafter.

Together with our corporate team, you’ll review your studio-level metrics in areas like:

  • lead generation and sales flow
  • retention rates
  • revenue streams and trends
  • community partnerships
  • paid marketing efforts, and
  • grassroots outreach strategies.

“The goal is to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to make adjustments to keep your business on track and ensure your success for the long haul,” shared Beth Berkey, MADabolic’s Franchise Business Manager. “Regular check-ins help us look at your studio’s particular circumstances. This process helps enables us to course-correct before a small leak becomes a costly problem.”

As the franchisor, our goal is to remove any barriers that could keep you from seeing success.

Over the last 12 years, our team has developed robust strategies to help our franchise partners overcome obstacles.  The support we offer through our unit-level check in process helps us dive into your unique data and address any ofthose obstacles in a customized way.

“The resources MADabolic provides are streamlined, clear, and succinct,” said MADabolic Charlottesville owner Kirsten Lorenger. “Business ownership can be challenging, but the regular check-ins with MADabolic’s corporate team mean that I’m not having to guess about how to optimize our outreach, sales, and retention strategies. MADabolic has the right tools and the right people in place, so I get to spend more time doing the things that inspired me to go into business in the first place.”

One thing that sets the MADabolic franchise partnership apart is our commitment when it comes to doing the little things right, and that accountability starts with having a team of experts in place to support a high-quality product and ongoing support for our partners.

On the training floor, MADabolic offers a sustainable approach to barbell-free strength and conditioning, helping everyday people age athletically. Our approach to franchising blends a human element that’s unique to the industry with proven systems, robust training, and extensive resources to optimize our franchise owners’ success.
