Within one of our signature 50-minute classes you can expect:
- A personal meet and greet from your trainer
- A thorough explanation of the daily interval breakdown followed by an in-depth demonstration of each movement, accompanied by helpful technique cues and tips.
- A carefully structured warm-up to match the specific demands of the daily workout.
- A 30-36 minute workout that’s strength-based, comprised of five movements, and led by a qualified trainer who will deliver 1:1 attention and hold you accountable in an energetic group environment.
