Within one of our signature 50-minute classes you can expect:

  • A personal meet and greet from your trainer
  • A thorough explanation of the daily interval breakdown followed by an in-depth demonstration of each movement, accompanied by helpful technique cues and tips.
  • A carefully structured warm-up to match the specific demands of the daily workout.
  • A 30-36 minute workout that’s strength-based, comprised of five movements, and led by a qualified trainer who will deliver 1:1 attention and hold you accountable in an energetic group environment.

Once you've signed up for the New Client Special...

We can’t wait to train you, but before our first in-person meet n’ greet, there are a few pieces of need-to-know info:

  • Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts so that you can receive our new client walk-through from one of our staff members.
  • Be great, not late! For safety reasons, we lock the doors at the start of each scheduled class time and do not allow latecomers on the training floor.
  • We strike everyday, so you’ll need boxing gloves. If you’re on our trial, you’ll get complimentary rentals.
  • If you haven’t received one already, we’ll be sending you texts here and there from our studio line. That’s a real person! Go ahead and save that number and text us anytime you need anything.
