Stronger, Faster, Harder to Kill: What to Expect in 2026

Posted on December 18, 2025 in Program Design & Theory

At MADabolic, we don’t change for the sake of change. We evolve with purpose.

We’ve always been strength-driven. That doesn’t change. But in 2026, we’re sharpening the focus. We’re doubling down on the intent behind every rep, every week, every quarter. Nothing we do is random. No flashy moves. No wasted reps. Just clean, calculated training that makes you stronger, more capable, and harder to break.

Whether you’re pushing, pulling, squatting, or carrying, every pattern has a purpose. It’s about building real-world strength, the kind that shows up when it counts.

Some days build slowly, then hit hard when you least expect it.

Others demand an all-out effort.

And some are a slow grind.

That contrast is intentional. Each of our three interval styles targets a different demand:

  • Momentum builds your engine.
  • Anaerobic builds your explosiveness.
  • Durability builds your grit.

Different efforts. Different energy systems. One goal: progression.

It’s not just about how hard you train. It’s about how well you move.

Life doesn’t move in a straight line. Your training shouldn’t either. In 2026, we’re making sure you move like you’re built to: forward, backward, side to side, and through rotation.

The path to building a resilient body hasn’t changed: Show up four times a week. Eat like you give a shit. Recover with intent. Stick to the plan.

You’ll move better. You’ll lift heavier. You’ll last longer. Period.
