Houston, TX – MADabolic, the industry leader in strength and conditioning, is excited to announce that a lease has been signed for its second location in Houston, Texas.
Located in Midtown Houston’s newest development, The Ion District, the gym will open at 4111 Fannin Street. MADabolic Ion District will be owned and operated by member-turned-owner Vinnie Ronca.
Vinnie first found MADabolic as a client of the brand’s DMV portfolio while living in Washington, D.C. When he found his stint in the nation’s capitol coming to a close, he knew that returning to his hometown of Houston wouldn’t feel the same without bringing MADabolic along. MADabolic Ion District marks his second location after successfully launching MADabolic The Heights in 2023.
“Expanding MADabolic in Houston has always been the vision,” says Vinnie, who has committed to open three total locations in the Houston metro area. “The demand for a progressive, strength-focused fitness model is strong in this city. Opening a second location allows us to meet the growing demand for MADabolic’s industry-leading program designed to promote long-term health, performance, and functional strength.”
“Houston is an incredible market for our concept, and Vinnie’s dedication to the brand and his ability to create an outstanding client experience makes him the ideal person to lead our expansion here,” says Brandon Cullen, MADabolic’s Co-Founder and Chief Concept Officer. “We’re thrilled to see him take this next step.”
Construction will begin later this spring. For updates and more information about MADabolic Ion District, visit madabolic.com.
