MADabolic Signs Lease in Baltimore's Canton Neighborhood

BALTIMORE, MD — MADabolic, the industry's leading strength and conditioning franchise, has officially signed a lease for its first Baltimore location, bringing its coach-led strength training system to the Canton neighborhood.

Located at 2400 Boston St., Suite 106, Baltimore, MD 21224, MADabolic Canton will be owned by Laura Cirincione, a longtime Baltimore resident who signed her franchise agreement with the brand earlier this year. The 20-person studio will occupy a ground-floor retail space at the Can Company on Boston St., steps from Canton Square, the waterfront promenade, Canton Crossing, and Fells Point.

A lifelong athlete who grew up playing soccer and lacrosse, Laura first trained at MADabolic while visiting Asheville, North Carolina, and spent the following years looking for a way to bring the program home.

Meet Laura Cirincione, MADabolic Canton's Owner

"Canton is full of people who are still competitive with themselves — former athletes, people training for something, people who just want to get stronger and want a coach who will actually correct and improve their form," said Laura. "This neighborhood works out. It runs the waterfront, it plays in the leagues, it shows up. What it hasn't had is a structured strength program with real coaching behind it, and that's exactly what MADabolic is."

MADabolic's programming prioritizes movement quality, progressive strength development, and long-term consistency through structured work-to-rest ratios and 1:1 coaching in a group setting. The system is built to deliver sustainable results rather than chase short-term fitness trends.

"Signing a lease is one of the biggest milestones in bringing a new studio to life," said Corbin Jennings, Brand President of MADabolic. "Laura has been deliberate at every step of this process, and a Canton address puts the brand right where its future members already live, work, and train."

MADabolic's Growing East Coast Footprint

MADabolic Canton joins the brand's established Mid-Atlantic and Northeast network, including five studios across the DMV and additional locations in Philadelphia and Brooklyn. The studio is expected to begin construction later this year.

The Baltimore signing adds to MADabolic's continued national growth, with additional locations coming soon to Colorado Springs, CO; Jacksonville, FL; Orlando, FL; Durham, NC; and Boston, MA.
