Jacksonville, FL – MADabolic, the industry’s premier strength and conditioning franchise, is proud to announce its newest franchise agreement in Jacksonville, FL. The location will be owned and operated by Chris Savery, a lifelong athlete and seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for the brand’s sustainable approach to group strength training.
A former CrossFit devotee and longtime competitive athlete, Chris was first introduced to MADabolic while living in Asheville, NC. He was immediately impressed by the programming and quickly recognized that MAD offered something his current fitness routine couldn’t: a smart, sustainable approach to building strength without the wear and tear.
“I respected how the MADabolic program was designed with intention—to build strength and athleticism without overuse injuries,” said Chris. “It was the first time I found a workout that made me feel athletic, but in a way that I knew I could maintain for the long haul.”
Jacksonville was a natural choice for his next chapter. After previously living in the city, Chris had always hoped to return. “Jacksonville has grown so much over the past decade, and it’s full of opportunity,” he shared. “It’s a pro-business, pro-community city—and it’s been missing a concept like MADabolic.”
Chris brings with him a lifelong love of athletics and a track record of success in business as the owner of a staffing company. He’s excited to bring MADabolic’s unapologetically bold brand to Jacksonville and build a culture that resonates with the city’s go-getters.
“MAD’s edgy tone can be polarizing—but that’s part of what makes it powerful,” he added. “It brings like-minded people together. I think Jacksonville is ready for a fitness concept that isn’t trying to be everything to everyone, but instead stands firm in its mission to help people get strong—for life.”
“Chris is a strong fit for the MADabolic system,” shared Rick Del Sontro, MADabolic’s Brand President. “He understands the difference between trendy fitness and a true training program. His athletic background, business acumen, and respect for our brand’s philosophy make him a strong addition to our franchise family. We’re excited to see him bring MAD to a thriving market like Jacksonville.”
While the Jacksonville location will be the brand’s first to come to North Florida, it joins a growing number of locations across the state, including Jupiter, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Ft. Lauderdale.
